Role Description.
We’re seeking a talented and highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our UK team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing high-quality, enterprise grade Salesforce applications that transform business goals into tangible results.
You’ll play a crucial role in analysing and translating complex business needs into technical solutions, providing guidance to development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our Salesforce projects.
You’ll also be actively involved our sales activities, leading discovery workshops, creating compelling proposals and contributing your expertise to shape and articulate technical solutions that amaze potential clients.

Responsibilities.
Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives, utilising your deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.
Create architecture designs, data models, and technical specifications, ensuring solutions are high performing, secure and scalable.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers and developers to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Build strong client relationships by demonstrating technical expertise, professionalism, and effective communication skills.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members on platform capabilities, integrations and best practices.
Influence the recruitment process for developers and consultants, including conducting interviews, assessing technical capabilities and making hiring decisions.
Collaborate with our Sales team to understand requirements and objectives and assist in creating and delivering compelling pitches to potential clients.
Qualifications.
6+ years proven experience developing and architecting enterprise grade Salesforce applications.
A successful track record implementing Salesforce across multiple core domains with strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
Extensive knowledge in data modelling, process automation, configuration, custom development, and integration techniques.
Exposure and deep understanding of security principles, authentication methods etc.
Solid understand of Agile methodologies and working practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client/end-user facing experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Role Description.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer in the UK, you’ll be an integral part of our close-knit engineering team. You’ll develop exciting products that change the way our clients work and be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable solutions across the entire Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities.
